This report focuses on human conflict with primates in Asia and Africa, especially looking at primates as crop pests in these areas. I focused on crop damage caused by primates on farmlands, how farmers have taken the issue into their own hands to manage these pest species, and different methods of land management used by managers to prevent primate involvement on farmland. This report highlights my competencies of critical thinking, ethical reasoning, global awareness, information literacy, and research skills.
